The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People calls on the U.S. Senate to remove and reallocate any funding for Immigration and Customs Enforcement which shall include removing funds for hiring additional agents, deportation, detention, border wall construction, renditions, transportation, payments to foreign governments, and undesignated funding in the fiscal year 2026 – 2028.
