The NAACP Greater Grand Rapids Young Fellows is a paid two-month program that provides young adults ages 16-25 with leadership training, professional and personal development, and empower to career opportunities while acquiring the skills necessary to perform in all workspaces.
Young Fellows are expected to attend two workshops per week while performing duties and tasks specified by NAACP management.
